Everything. Service was prompt and staff were very courteous. The cleanliness, comfort and the facilities with respect to valet parking and location were all superb. Breakfast was good and a full buffet though not much variation day-by-day. The restaurant attached to the hotel have great food available.

The hotel was comfortable. I felt fairly safe, but I worried about my possessions during the day while I was gone as it's easy access to get into the hotel. However, they do ask you to change your key everyday, so that helps a little. Bed was comfortable. Without earplugs it will be noisy sometimes. Overall, I was happy with my stay as the young staff was very kind and as helpful as they could be, but I could sense that the management was benefitting more financially and this bothered me a bit...but that is less about comfort of the hotel and more about morals.

The hotel is situated middle of the town, making it ideal, best part is that no noise in the rooms even though it’s on a busy street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Aqib, Mahdi, the manager Mr Naser, Miss Nadia and others as well, wonderful people and super helpful. Quite clean, restaurant is good as well.

Hotel Excelsior has been a gem of a find. It was such a great place to be in during my 2-week stay in Karachi. The location is fantastic with the Atrium Mall, banks, Paracha money exchanger, eating places and health clinics all at walking distance. The hotel staff will book taxis for you and assist with any requests, all with a smile and no fuss. The hot and cold breakfast has everything and the catering staff were very helpful. I only had a salad in the attached Karachi Brasserie since I was visiting family and friends every day but it has a good menu. The cleaning team (Saima and Talib) dealt with any cleaning requests in an efficient and friendly manner. It was good to see that quality checks were done afterwards. In all, I recommend Hotel Excelsior to all my friends and family now and will book again on my next visit. I wish they would open in other cities in Pakistan. Interestingly, locals in Karachi also commented that the Hotel Excelsior is a great place to stay in terms of the location and rate.

I wasn't sure about this hotel at the time of booking because of the reputation of other hotels in the area but after reading the reviews I gave it a go. I was surprised by the overall experience. Great customer service by all staff working in the hotel as they were kind and helpful from bell boy to reception staff to room service guy and to the guard at the entrance. They went above and beyond to provide comfortable stay. Overall hotel room was comfortable and had all amenities which were very really good worth the value. Location is perfect.

The amenities and the overall ambience of the property are good, and the food is good too, although I just had a complimentary breakfast, room was very comfy and clean, and had everything in it. The staff was cooperative and well-trained.
